Temporary In-Person Counter Closure

TEMPORARY CITY DEPARTMENT COUNTER CLOSURE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4 - THURSDAY, JUNE 5

The Public Works, Building, and Planning counters will be closed on Wednesday, June 4, and Thursday, June 5, 2025, for a scheduled technology system upgrade aimed at improving internal workflows and customer service delivery.

During this two-day closure:

Staff will be offline and unable to respond to emails or phone calls.
All voicemails and messages will be returned starting Monday, June 9, 2025.
The City Clerk’s Office is available to assist with urgent matters and has been designated as the primary point of contact during this time:
