A Resolution of the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDORA APPROVING THE ENGINEER’S REPORT FILED WITH RESPECT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 LEVY OF THE ASSESSMENT IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF GLENDORA LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1

THE CITY COUNCIL
City of Glendora, California

WHEREAS,  by Resolution CC 2025-08, the City Council initiated proceedings to levy the Fiscal Year 2025-26 assessment in connection with City of Glendora Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 (the “District”) (formerly known as “City of Glendora Landscaping & Lighting District No. 1”) pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (California Streets & Highways Code Section 22500 et seq.) (the “Assessment Law”); and

WHEREAS,  a report of the City Engineer, entitled “City of Glendora Engineer’s Report Landscape Maintenance District No. 1, Engineer’s Annual Report Fiscal Year 2025/2026” (the “Report”) is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection; and

WHEREAS,  the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as filed and desires to approve the Report as filed.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Glendora, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.  The foregoing recitals are true and correct.

SECTION 2.  The City Council finds that the Report meets all requirements of Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the Assessment Law.

SECTION 3.  The Report is hereby approved as filed, without modification.

SECTION 4.  The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and shall enter the same in the Book of Original Resolutions.
