JOINT NOTICE
 OF
PUBLIC MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Glendora City Council has adopted a Resolution announcing intentions to levy and collect assessments for the 2025-26 Fiscal Year for the Glendora Village Business Improvement District as permitted by the Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 (California Streets and Highway Code Section 36500 et seq.) 

A public meeting and public hearing shall be held to receive public testimony regarding the   proposed assessments of businesses in the area.  The public meeting and public hearing shall be held in the City Council Chamber at 116 East Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California 91741. 

Public Meeting Date:        May 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

Public Hearing Date:        May 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. 

Environmental:                 This activity is not a “project” as defined by Section 21065 of the Public Resources Code or Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
