Building And Safety

Building and Safety is a division of the Community Development Department. Our services include those operations relating to development, plan review, inspection and enforcement of the adopted building codes and applicable codes within the City of Glendora. The division serves as an information and processing location for all development plan review applications.

Glendora's building codes and review processes are all designed to protect and enhance the quality of life in our community while promoting construction safety requirements. The Building Division serves as a contact point for the permit and inspection process, which may involve other departments and agencies, depending on the scope of the project.
