The Planning Division is here to help Glendora residents, homeowners, businesses, and developers with zoning and land use matters. Our services include:

• Current and Advanced Planning: We implement policies and goals from the General Plan and other City plans to improve the quality of life for everyone in Glendora.
• Historic Preservation & Community Art: We manage efforts to preserve our city's history and support public art projects.
• Collaboration: We work closely with the Building and Engineering Divisions to ensure new construction and projects meet City land use and zoning regulations.
• Long-Range Planning: We maintain the General Plan and lead land use studies to guide Glendora's future growth and development.
• Planning Commission Support: We provide assistance to the Planning Commission in reviewing land use applications and projects.
