Water Billing The Finance Department services approximately 13,000 water utility accounts. Account holders are billed by US mail on an eight week basis following an electronic meter reading by Water Billing personnel. Billing statements are mailed from City Hall every Thursday. Customers can pay their bill online or in-person.

A Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is a tax imposed on guests who rent your property or a portion of your property for the purpose of lodging on a short-term basis (30 consecutive days or less).
Budget & Reports Under the direction of the City Manager, the Finance Department prepares the City’s annual budget, provides monthly interim financial reports and monthly investment compliance reports to the City Council. Once each year, the division provides the City Council with a Mid-Year Budget Review report.
Film Permits A film permit must be issued prior to any filming actually takes place on City property or City streets (exemptions are listed). Please review the guidelines and complete the application packet. We understand the fast-paced nature of most productions and will do our best to fast-track your request within five business days.
Special Event Permit All events wishing to be held on City roadways and/or City-owned parks or facilities by groups or individuals who are not part of the City organization must purchase general liability insurance for the event in addition to obtaining an approved permit.
