Affordable Housing in Glendora

The City of Glendora has two affordable housing communities that serve different resident populations. Availability and waitlists are managed directly by each property.

Elwood Apartments
Affordable housing community serving families.
To inquire about unit availability or to be added to the waitlist, residents must contact Elwood Apartments directly.

Affordable housing community serving seniors.
To inquire about unit availability or to be added to the waitlist, residents must contact Heritage Oaks directly.

Please note that the City does not manage tenant selection or waitlists for these properties. Each community maintains its own application process and eligibility requirements.
