Glendora, CA – The City of Glendora is excited to announce the launch of its new Weekend Community Shuttle, offering residents and visitors an easy, convenient way to reach parks, shops, restaurants, the library, and other popular destinations — without the hassle of parking or driving.
The shuttle service begins on Saturday, June 6, and will operate every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am-7:30pm. To celebrate the launch, all rides will be free on opening weekend (June 6–7). Regular fares will begin on June 13. The new service aims to reduce traffic congestion, improve local mobility, and support the City's Strategic Plan for enhancing services that benefit a livable community for all.
"The community needs reliable transportation options," said Interim Recreation and Human Services Director Annie Warner. "Our new shuttle service is committed to providing an affordable, stress-free way to connect Glendora."
Service Features:
A special kick-off event will take place at the Transit Parking Plaza on the corner of Cullen/Mountain View on June 6 starting at 9:30 am, followed by the first official shuttle ride.
