SUMMARY OF APPROVED ORDINANCE
AS PRESCRIBED BY GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 36933 (c) (1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held September 8, 2026, the Glendora City Council conducted a second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2099, which amends several sections of Glendora Municipal Code Glendora Municipal Code Title 21 (Zoning).
The ordinance updates regulations governing accessory dwelling units, junior accessory dwelling units, and SB 9 units in compliance with State law.
Said ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.
A full text copy of the ordinance may be reviewed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Glendora at Glendora City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, California, and online at www.cityofglendora.gov under public notices.
The foregoing Ordinance was approved and adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Glendora City Council by the following roll call vote:
AYES: MEMBERS: Allawos, Elias, Thompson, Davis, and Fredendall.
NOES: MEMBERS: None.
ABSENT: MEMBERS: None.
ABSTAIN: MEMBERS: None.
